LAST EDITED ON Jan-02-05 AT 08:44PM (MST)[p]Washington is not ranked as a great Muley State, however it should not go un-noticed, especially by residents. I have been hunting the late Muley hunt in the north central portion of my state for 4 years and the # of trophy bucks I encounter is enough to keep things exciting. My stalking skills however have not lived up to the challenge until this year. One of the great things about this hunt is the lack of hunting pressure, I have only seen 1 person in 4 years of hunting this remote mountain. On a typical day I will put the sneek on 1 to 4 bucks. Sorry for no pictures I could not figure out how to shrink the file size to post. The buck was a heavy horned 4x4 with a 25 1/2" spread and a score of 175 pope and young points.
