Wasatch Front Extended Hunt

I've tried to hunt the Wasatch Front extended Mulley season for the past few years, and haven't had a great experience.

Where do you go to get away from busy canyon roads, bicyclists, and joggers? Is there any dirt roads within the hunt, or is it all hike in through someone's yard? Can I take my trailer anywhere to camp, or is it all hike-in camping?

Not looking for any secrets, just trying to have a hunt that doesn't feel like I'm in a public park...

Thanks for your help!

Try above Bountiful, Farmington, Lambs Canyon
Big Cottonwood. Any of the above will " keep you out of peoples yards"

yes, best places are up in davis county, alot less people and alot more deer. and more places to hike up. there is even a road that goes up farmington canyon. and I have heard of some dandy bucks in weber county as well.

No camping in Lamb's Canyon. I'm hunting elk, but I've seen the most deer in Big Cottonwood.

Don't expect to get away from people anywhere in the southern end of the extended area. Bikers and hikers in Big Cottonwood and Millcreek. Hunters in Lambs. Recreational ATV's and site seers in Bountiful and Farmington.

I see they ran over a nice buck down town Ogden couple days ago.
