Wasatch Extended Buck

Just thought id share a pic of my hunt on the extended area this year. The start of the rut seemed to hold him out, and then when he decided to head for the pines, i happened to be at the right place at the right time. The 6" of snow helped too

Thanks all for the comments. It really was a wonderful opportunity to be able to hunt up there this time of the year. It is amazing just being up there with all the deer and having the chance to locate and watch them, let alone, finding opportunities to harvest them. It was my first year hunting up there and i hope that i will be able to hunt up there for years to come. The only think that sucks is that now my hunt is over and the rut is coming in full swing! Probly a good thing though as im sure i wouldn't be married for much longer if i hunted as much as i wanted to!
