Have any of you guys shot at some critters with these? I just tried some 100gr heads tonite and still can't believe how good they fly! For some reason I was lulled into thinking that thunder heads would fly straight, but not compared to these things. I hope they work as well on game too.

Im trying them for the first time this year as well. Have a friend that has taken a couple of animals with them. Good luck to you.

You guys are in for a treat. IMO they are the best broadhead out there. I have shot big game with them as well as several of my buddies. Great bone breakers, and like you said Sage, they fly really straight. They are also a broadhead that won't break the bank.

AWHOLELOTTABULL,
said "I have shot big game with them as well as several of my buddies."
sure as hell don't want to be your buddy.
No haven't had the experance to shoot these tips yet.
though i have seen them used on of a lot of hunting showes lately.

I love em too. For all of the reasons listed above. Hope to blow one through a bear in two weeks.

I love 'em. Triton can't make them fast enough to keep up with demand, so they're hard to find right now.

>Did you say they were affordable?
>Cause I went to the
>archery store yesterday & pooped
>my pants when I saw
>the price.

Could be worse, I am shooting a broadhead that is made by hand in Germany, they are only twice as much as the Wac-ems. But they truly hit right with my field points out to 60 yards.

I've used them on hogs with good success. They penetrate great--put one through the shields and both shoulders of a boar in February. I was quite impressed with this performance. They're in my quivers for Utah deer, elk and antelope (along with turbos, wasp 4 blades and slick tricks). It will be interesting to see which ones actually get uesed at the moment of truth!

Same price here. The three packs that i bought were 29.95 each. I know that they cost more that muzzys' and thunderheads but once you shoot these things you won't want to use any thing else. I've shot thunderheads for 15 years, and I've now seen the light.

3 weeks and counting!!!

Aztrophyhunter:

Try ordering them from keystone country archery on-line. They've been the cheapest I've seen if you're buying retail. They used to be $24.95 but just recently went up to $27.95. Still the cheapest around. Here's the link: www.keystonecountrystore.com
