After reading reviews and looking through different optics for several months, I finally purchased the Viper 10x50 HD's. Only had them a couple days now, but from the time I spent looking through them I am extremely pleased. Briefly compared them to a friends Leicas and I could not tell a difference, except for the price tag. I know the Leicas are supposed to be better, maybe I just don't have good enough eyes to tell the difference. I was amazed at the difference between the Vipers and the Nikons I had been using. The Nikons were not even close. The most notable difference was the detail and brightness at late dusk. Made the purchase through VIP Optics. They were very helpful and had great customer service, and it oly took about 4 days after the order for the binos to show up at my house. Hopes this helps out if your looking for new binos.
