Vortex v. Nikon

I currently have a Nikon Sky & Earth 20-60 x 80 spotting scope, which I am satisfied with. However, I'm always looking for better equipment.

Has anyone compared a Nikon Sky & Earth side by side with a Vortex, or does anyone with experience using both care to comment?
