Would the Nomad be a noticeable difference compared to my Nikon Spotter XL? I am hoping to go take a look through one soon but would like to hear anyones opinions. Should I hold out hoping that there will be an ED version?

I can't say anything about the Nikon Spotter XL, because I haven't compared them side by side, but I can vouch for the quality and value that the Nomad provides. I have not heard that they are going to be offering the Nomad in ED version as of yet. I will keep you posted if I hear anything.
