Vortex as a backup pair

Are the vortex diamondback good? I am looking for a back up pair and the significant other can use them also.

Still waiting on the damn pro shop to finish my bow. I dont know what the hell the hold up is but good god!!!

Muzz i bought a pair of Vortex Vipers i believe and love them. they are 10x42 and extremely clear and crisp. great shape for fitting in my hands also. the weight is under control and depending on what your primary pair is they may very well end up being your primary pair. Also as a side note but something that you will not find better is Vortex's lifetime warranty. If you drop them and they break they will fix them for free. if i were you would buy a pair my ran me about $550. Find the horn Goose!

I loved my pair and spotting scope too untail some jackass broke into my house and stole them both.

I have a pair of diamondbacks and the are great for the cost.
Plus their warrenty is unbeatable. I dropping my binos during the deer hunt and they broke. I sent them back and had a brand new pair in a week.
