Ground whitetail, spicy andouille sausage, both red and black beans, stewed tomatoes, onions, celery, carrots, cubed potatoes, even some left over broccoli and cauliflower. S&P, and lots of Tabasco. Mmmmnn good!!!

I made some smoked’em a tad long, but still fantastic. Vacuum sealed already cooked and ready to through in the pack or truck.. heck of allot better than Vienna s!!
No, the sausage was one of the little 4-packs in the refrigerated section of the grocery. After slicing I wrap in paper towels and microwave for a minute or two. Melts the excess fat and soaks up, so the stew isn't too oily and greasy. Sure was good
