Velvetless Bulls?

Has anyone seen any bulls without velvet yet? All I am seeing is velvet still. They should be close to rubbing it off shouldn't they?

I saw at least 4 bulls on Nebo this weekend that were already hard horned.

The bigger bulls I have seen are hard horned but the raghorn 6s and down I have seen are still in velvet.

I have some buddies that have seen hardhorned bulls already so they are starting to rub now.
I think the rut will be early this year.

Saw some bulls in N. AZ that were just starting to lose their velvet. Most still had it though.
