You know... i tried that stuff.. ok not that particular brand,, however.
ya it tasted like a dirty rag, and did absolutely nothing for me, took it for about 8 to 10 weeks.
Was hoping it would help with inflammation in my elbows, and if it helped build some extra muscle great.. well it did not work.
