Does anybody know if Utah is still taking bonus points away if you do not apply for a tag or a point in a three year period?

I don't think they ever did that. I know there was talk of it happening but never went threw with it. Reason being... we paid for those points!

My Dad has 5 points....hasn't put in for Utah in over 3 years. He called this am and he still has his points. They told him his points are there until he burns them.
