Utah Application Question

This is the question? My dad and his friend want to put in for the same general hunt for deer group. They then want to put in separate for the rest of the hunts. They want to use two different credit cards for the other hunts. One is nonresident and the other is resident. Can this be done can you put in for LE then later put in for general or does it half to be all one shot. Hopefully I explained this so it's understandable.

You can apply for any of your hunts in any number of application online sessions you want and each session can use a different credit card.
