Update on weight loss

Well I'm fess'n up. I never won the weight loss challenge because of weightlifting and eating well- some things are hard to change.
I did however do well bit the great part is I am much stronger than I've been in many years. I had good nutrition and lots of protein shakes so far, and it really shows when I need to move stuff at work.
Still doing my aerobic part too.
