Unit 77 Information

I have access to some private property in Unit 77, and I'm a Utah resident that has never hunted in Idaho. I'm wondering if it's a general area and what the dates are. I have been looking around a bit and from what I can see its Archery Only for bulls at a certain time of year.
I would like to know if there are good populations of elk on the unit and what my options are to hunt it. Thanks in advanced for any info.
