Unit 70 Mule Deer

Anyone willing to share any info on Unit 70 for mule deer? I already searched the archives, and I have looked at several maps with roads, trails, terrain. I know the season history and stats from the F&G data. Not looking for any honey holes, just general information like what to expect for quality and how the area is hunted, especially once the controlled elk hunt starts and overlaps the deer rifle season. Uh, since this is your first post... little hint, it is land owner blocked in the best areas. I would stay over above the city of pocatello. Water tower area.. not many people, good deer numbers. The other areas get pounded by atvs. Are you from out of state or a local. I live in unit 70 so I know the area well. I am one of the unlucky bastards who didn't draw. Feel privledged and obey the atv laws please and respect private property.

Anyone else care to comment on the quality of deer in Unit 70, especially anyone that has hunted there in the past year or two with the 4-point restrictions in place? Never been there myself, and I'd hate to pass up on something decent for the unit early in the hunt and then find out it is about as good as it gets for this particular area.
