Even with a bad winter it is hard to beat 57 for antelope. Shear numbers and amount of space makes 57 an unreal hunt. You can drive that country for 4 days straight and not cover it all and definitely not see all the animals.
If you draw it, let me know I will be in the unit on other hunts and if I know an antelope guy is out and about I can certainly share if I see a good lope.
If you are looking for a decent lope then as mentioned a mid 70s goat is a dime a dozen, but breaking the 80" mark is hard. However the fact that in morning you can see 100+ bucks, eventually you will find one.
As for winter kill, all of NW CO and SW/South Central WY is looking pretty good. We have gotten some deeper snow lately with much of it having a nasty crust, but luckily it late and close to warm up and he animals have had it really easy...
