Was in both of these units back in 2001 and we said we would never go back.....in 5 days we, a party of 6 never seen a legal Buck to shoot and the opener of season was somewhere around Oct 5th I believe.

Lots of wolves in that area now from what I have heard, how true I don't know and don't care.

LAST EDITED ON Nov-20-11 AT 03:12PM (MST)[p]I know. I am from WA and have had good sucess here in the high country. I have horse and only use them to pack out game. I am want to hunt somewhere diferent next year that has a quality deer herd. This is my 2011 buck.

These are the bucks my hunting partner took in 2008.

We hunted 49 for 20 years and it use to be great. we haven't been back in 3 to 4 years because the wolves have really hurt the deer herds. The prices have increased way to much to go back.


Government doesn't fix anything and has spent trillions proving it!!!
Let's face it...After Monday and Tuesday, even the calender says WTF!
