Unit 49 Mule Deer

Planning on hunting Region R this year had PP?s so should have a tag coming, did my research with the help of a few MM and called the local warden and plan A doesn't sound like such a good plan any more after talking to the local warden, so I asked him about an area in unit 49 and he said ?that it can be a good spot, there can be quite a few mule deer there sometimes? sounds a little ifie to me so I'm just wonder if you have been in unit 49 in the last few years if there are any deer in the area I'm looking at if you pm me I'll pm you back the spot I'm looking at.
