unit 4 colorado

anyone tell me what one could expect to see as far as size of bucks in units 4-14-441-214?with the amount of tags given and the limited amount of public land there is to hunt,i am going to guess that after the first day or two things get a little scarce also.any help or info would be great.

Been twice. My assessment is that it is a fairly weather dependent hunt. We had lots of snow the first year, and the game was much more plentiful. It was warm the next time, and we saw very few deer, but lots of elk (at least the first day). lots of pressure. the 07/08 winter killed a lot more animals than the DOW lead on. It takes some strong legs and strong lungs. Not many areas where they allow ATVs.

hey thanks for the info.i like that they don't allow ATVs everywhere.what area where you in- in general?see any deer that would break the 150 mark?thinking of going the 2nd season.wishing the didn't cut unit 22's tags a few years ago,now looking for something similar.
