unit 16 reduced price cow elk tags

are there usually any unit 16 reduced price cow elk tags available as leftovers? how is unit 70 for deer/ i've applied for antelope in 47 or 48 and am working on building a low cost multi-task hunt for this fall...thanks....yep this goes under the heading of''IRONS IN THE FIRE''...also heard that region w is having a tough time with winterkill

Unit 16 usually does not have any leftovers. The deer in 70 never have a chance to grow up,to many hunters.I was there last year and only saw a couple small fork horns.
