Unit 1 Mule deer?

This would be my first post, I tried searching for something similar, but couldn't find anything... So hopefully it's ok to post. The other day, I was looking at acreage on Craigslist. I seen this piece of land near Naples/bonners and it had a game picture of some mule deer does in a field. So my question is this, are they up there? If so, how much? Is it even worth hunting? I'll manly be hunting elk this year in unit 2 and 3, but if it turns out there is good mule deer opportunity in unit 1, I might have to set aside a couple days for it. Any insight on this question would be much appreciated.

Mule deer are few and far between in Unit 1. Certain drainages still hold a good enough number to hunt but for the most part I wouldn't specifically target mule deer there. Most mule deer in that area are shot while primarily targeting whitetails.
