If I remember right, somebody posted a dead head with only one side and they found the other side as well but I don't know how long ago that was.

i think that may have been me i'm not sure though i have done that more than once and i think i may have posted one of them i'm not sure though.

Not a found shed, BUT in 1996 I was on a deer hunt in Elko, Co. Nevada. I'm no trophy hunter, but it was the last day of my hunt; several family members had filled out, and I was determined to take home venison. I got a quick-shot at what I believed to be a 3x2 muley buck, but much to my chagrin, I watched as he ran in open country almost outta sight. I decided to chase, and after much effort, encountered a buck peeking at me from behind a tree; I thought the same buck. Close enough, I shot and as he went down, the forky side was presented. Imagine my surprise (good for lotsa laffs and good-natured ribbing about my "Half-a-BucK" later from the whole camp) when I learned that my buck was a unibuck 2x0, genetically hadn't even grown the other side! Talk about "ground shrinkage!" And to this day, I can still see that complete-racked buck running from me! This is still one of my fondest hunting memories, and he was excellent table fare for that year. In fact, the very next season, and hunting the same area, I passed on what would have been a "bookend buck", a 0x2 buck , but he had broken his other side!:)
