uint 45 elk

My dad drew uint 45 elk this year I'm looking for any info on this area to help him out, I'm aware that there is alot of private land here. Anybody with any tips or info that I could pass along to him would be greatful. I'm not looking for honey holes just a place with good chances for an elk. Thanks.
