Dan "Hendo" Henderson wins against "shogun" Rua and the "California Kid" Uriah Faber chokes out Brian Bowles.
Wanderlie Silva beats Cung Le.

Hendo and Rua will be a match to remember after 5 hard fought rounds. Hendo is 41 but he was tired to say the least at the end after that match....best one I have seen a awhile now.

Crap - I skipped this one but it looks like I shouldn't have! Oh well I got a buddy that will have it in a day or two and I can go watch it still.

Good job Hendo. I did see both him and Shogun on ESPN after the fight - WOW, talk about being bloodied and beaten.

really good card ,,,,, was the last round a 10-8 round? maybe maybe not ,,,,,,, what a rough way to make a living cung lee got REALLY whacked

The last round a 10-8 round? Absolutely. On my score card I had it a draw. I think Shogun did enough in the last round to make up for the 3 that he lost. I don't think that Hendo won any of his round 10-8. I guess it makes for good TV and ratings to have Hendo get a title shot. I'm not downplaying Hendo....I know how you all love Hendo so I wouldn't dare.

But...you gotta know that it is Randy Couture part 2 right? Maybe Hendo will end his career with one less tooth as well? It was a great fight. Both guys gave it their all. Give credit to Hendo for being able to do that still. I don't understand why Shogun didn't throw more leg kicks. If he can beat up Machidas legs the way he did, he can beat up anybody's legs. Good card....I agree.

Nice to see Bader win as well. Brilz looked horrible.

If you're gonna give Shogun a 10-8 round for the 5th, then you have to give Hendo the same for the 3rd. He did WAY more damage to Shogun in the 3rd then Shogun did to him in the 5th. I agreed with the judges.

I don't look at getting hit with some good shots and knocked down once the same as being totally controlled on the ground. In the fifth, Shogun mounted Hendo on 5 different occasions. One may ask, why the hell couldn't he finish him then? Not sure....but I lean more towards the draw than the decision that was given. I go back to the Bisping-Hamill fight. I've watched that fight 5 times trying to give the last round to Bisping, but I can't. Hamill won that fight and that would have been Bispings first loss. UFC judges leave something to be desired. Dana White needs to revamp how the scoring is done.
