Stupid is as stupid does and that idiot is downright stupid for posting those videos. Hopefully the judge will suspend his driver's license for several years on top of a good fine.
One thing I saw as a cop. There is cowards like him that will never confront a person face to face due to outright fear, but put them behind the wheel of a vehicle, they become a raging maniac. He appears to be one of those.
