Turtle Rock Ranch elk hunting ?

Anyone ever hunt on this ranch in unit 7 / I am looking at a trespass fee early cow elk hunt there and looking for any input on this ranch. Did an internet search but did not find much about hunting this ranch.the trespass fee is very reasonable.

I have searched the web and don't find much on hunting on this ranch.Finding some on it as guest ranch but not much on hunting.
Sure looks like nice country going by the pictures.
