Turkey trespass fees

I'm taking a youth turkey hunting that has shown an interest in hunting but has had troubles locating a turkey during the general hunt the last couple of seasons. With that in mind I'm wondering if anyone is aware of a landowner that has turkeys on their land that would be willing to sell us a trespass fee for a chance at a turkey...More or less were just looking for a fun hunt where we can see turkeys and possibly harvest one.
