I have'nt been able to go check on the local herd in awhile.....it was sunny today so Jr and I grabbed the binos and camera and hit the road. Looks like there doin good, mostly cows but we did see 4-5 bulls with some headgear...hopefully someday I'll draw a tag....

Its a Leupold 15x30x50 that I bought for backpack hunts.

Some of our Owens Valley herds are already sporting about 10" antlers, but there are still a few bulls with last years gear.
