But let's get this thing going. We'll be able to scale mountain tops come August...
Remember, not only is exercising important, you need to eat right too. 3 squares a day...5 servings of fruit and veggies...and protein. Get plenty of rest (8 hours) and cardio at least 3 times a week. (swimming, biiking, tread mill) minimum of 20 minutes! I've already started, but Feb first is ok...that gives us 7 months until August...plenty of time, but DON'T SLACK!!!! And don't say, oh I'll do it tomorrow...cause you won't!
