Let us all just push aside the fact that this man was personally under civil investigation and pending Class Action lawsuit for Fraud, Racketeering, and Elder Abuse during the primaries. While settled without an admittance of guilt it is one of thousands of such legal instances involving Trump and somebody claiming he ripped them off.

The question for Republicans was never Trump vs Clinton, it was Trump vs Kasich. That is where the fail in vetting and picking the correct Candidate occurred. So get ready because graduation is soon approaching for all of you Trump University students.

To watch his fall is fascinating as he has alienated everyone as his world crashes earning his moniker in the annals of US presidential history as the most inept, corrupt, lazy, controversial, narcissist that the Office has ever been disgraced by.

His endorsements are toxic and actually cause candidates to lose. Hated by all, his Cabinet crumbles daily by termination, resignation, or scandal as the 1 year mark nears. Soon McConnell will tell his wife/trump-payoff Elaine "Need Coke" Chao to resign. Is Bannon right? Will the GOP toss Trump after they get the 1% and Corporations their ever so deserved tax break?

All of this while the Mueller Investigation centers in on the only 2 people left..Pence and the Con-man.

You can wish for whatever you want, I guess.

Here's one guys opinion on just how bad the dems are and he seems to make a lot of sense. So here's a taste of you own medicine thrown back at you.......

There Is Nothing More Despicable Than a Democrat
By William L. Gensert
On a normal day, Democrats will endlessly lecture you in the most condescending fashion, making liberal use of the preface, ?You see.? Because, of course, you don't see, you are a nonbeliever, a ?denier,? and therefore a deplorable, barely deserving of their passing glance, much less their particular attention. And that's after they've lost both houses of Congress and the presidency. Now with the Moore mauling in Alabama and their plot to force Trump?s resignation, they are not nearly as nice.

After sacrificing two of their pawns, the now onanistic Bill Clinton and the truly deplorable Al Franken, an oleaginous blob of despicability -- he of the ?I'm not sorry, I don't remember it, and I will resign? maybe, at a later date, and ?GFY America,? apology? -- they now believe they can unseat the president on sexual harassment charges (the same ones they tried to destroy him with just before the presidential election). Hey, it worked on Moore, so they'll give it one more try.

The Democrats never stop. Moore was low-hanging fruit. He was something of a character, which made him the Democrats? candidate of choice, which was why during the primary they didn't produce the three middle-aged girls, still crying about dates they had when they were teenagers, because if you're going to hold onto a gripe, you should hold onto it for four decades. They didn't want Luther Strange, probably because he wasn?t as strange as Moore and they didn't have anything quite so good on him.

Look at the first accusations; three girls, two of which were past the age of consent and only there to lend credence to the third one who claimed that Moore undressed her when she was fourteen years old. Then, for the icing on the cake, there was the fourth girl, bawling her eyes out holding her high school yearbook, with what she admitted had a forged (she claimed partially forged) notation from Moore -- all, presented by Gloria Allred, a person emblematic of typical Democrat amorality.

The Democrats are relentless, they come at you from all angles, they never stop, and they have absolutely no rules. For them, at least, anything goes -- lie, cheat, steal, and defame, it doesn't matter as long as they win. Yet in the world the Democrats and the media have created, the Republicans have plenty of rules, and if they don't abide by each one, the media tries to make it a scandal.

It doesn't help that there are a lot of Republicans and conservatives who are just too pure to get down and dirty. Many Republicans would rather lose with dignity than win, but people who voted for Trump want to win. America wants to win. Republicans, all Republicans need to learn how to fight like the Democrats, or the nation is lost.

So far, the Democrats are one and one -- and it would have worked against Trump if their candidate didn't have more negatives than Satan; at least he reigns in hell, Hillary merely wanted to create hell on earth and maybe unload the remaining 80% of our uranium in the process.

They?ve been coming at Trump ever since he won the nomination. Hillary threw everything she had at him, even having her lawyers, Perkins Coie, pay (breaking campaign laws to do so) almost $10 million for the ignominious Trump dossier. ?Opposition research,? that even James Comey called ?salacious and unverified.? Then Obama apparatchiks in the FBI and the Justice Department used the dossier to get FISA warrants to spy on members of the Trump campaign.

Ask yourself why that isn't a bigger story. Don?t bother, it's because the media has become an arm of the Democratic Party.

The one thing she thought would work, however, the coup de gr?ce, the ?Accusers,? didn't have the impact the Democrats assumed they would have. The electorate ignored them.

After Trump won, they opened with the ?Russians stole the election? meme and that was the reason they gave for members of the Electoral College not to do their constitutional duty to vote for Trump and instead vote for Hillary.

At the same time, they wanted recounts -- it almost worked for Gore in 2000. ?We keep counting until I win!? And it did work for ?hands-on? Al Franken when they actually did count until he won in 2008.

Stealing elections is allowable for Democrats.

Interregnum, it was the 25th Amendment -- Trump was just too crazy to be president. Then it was the emoluments clause -- that's particularly rich since no one would have gotten richer than Hillary had she become president -- look at the hundreds of millions she made as Secretary of State.

Then it was ?collusion.? The fact that anyone would believe that the Russians would prefer a volatile hothead like Donald Trump to a Hillary Clinton they had already bought and paid for with the Uranium One deal strains the limits of possibility.

In unison with ?collusion? we had, the ?We need a special prosecutor,? outcry -- which they got, courtesy of Comey the chameleon, who absolved Hillary of all crimes, with respect to her illegal private server and the mishandling of classified information, even though he was not a prosecutor and even though she was demonstrably guilty.

Then with the firing of Comey, it was, ?obstruction of justice.? Now it's just an outright case for impeachment being built by Special Counsel Robert Mueller, whose dream team of Hillary donors and Democrat moles have more scandals and conflicts of interest than even Hillary had.

I won't get into how Huma Abedin (infamous for her husband, Anthony Weiner who ran in the 2013 New York City mayoral erection) and Cheryl Mills can lie to the FBI and go unpunished while an American hero, retired Lieutenant General Michael Flynn, has to cop a plea to keep Mueller from bankrupting his family and going after his son.

Now the Democrats have a new ?Hillary,? Kirsten Gillibrand. You have to give her credit -- she saw an opening and she took it. She was the first to say Bill Clinton should have resigned 20 years ago (what a brave stand, something that didn't occur to her for the ten years she has steadfastly supported him or when she took Clinton money and campaigned with Bill by her side). Then she was the first to call for Franken?s resignation. Now she is the first to call for Trump?s resignation, just after the re-release of the 2016 ?Accusers.?

If it doesn't work, so be it. She has a Plan B, and it involves 2020.

It's all a calculation on her part. She knew she would make the perfect candidate. She's a Democrat and a woman, and younger than Fauxcahontas, Elizabeth Warren. Now especially, with the moral high ground after her very, very brave stance against a long-retired rapist and a man no one likes. It's just too bad she's not a minority, cripple, or transvestite, then she'd be a sure winner in 2020.

Still, if that doesn't work, look for them to find something else to unseat Trump. They will not rest because they are convinced the presidency belongs to them and elections mean nothing -- unless of course, they win, then they mean everything. In fact, if it were up to the Democrats there would be no elections -- the people are just too stupid to realize that the Democrats deserve to rule the world.

Now tell me, is there anything more despicable than a Democrat?

Do your realize how phuking stupid this guy is? Blaming the Democrats for Luther Strange losing the primary in to Roy Moore in a State Trump carried by 28% in the 2016 election is beyond ignorant, it is just like the guys on here totally fake. Trump's endorsement led to both Strange and Moore losing.

Democrats suck, Roy Moore sucked worse. Whine like beotch or run better candidates. Trump is the only one who can take a Ruby Red state and elect a democrat.

There's no doubt about it. A certain percentage of the people see right through the Democrats who always claim to take the "moral high ground" on every issue. They supposedly stand for the poor, the down trodden, and the misrepresented...champions of the environment, saviors of all man kind, for the sole purpose of getting their vote. Their sole purpose is to control the peons and force feed them their agenda, all the while enriching themselves, and making the peons happy to scrape crumbs off the floor.

They will stick to that mantra for eternity.

This might be the true conservatives last stand, but they're making the Democrats sweat like a priest at a cub scout meeting.

Very good eel !

Yes Nemont not everything he said is 100% factual but if we used snopes on any diverse opinion like the original poster there would never be an opposing view point on anything.

I think eels got a good handle on it!

After all we're to the point we have to propose laws to make elected officials comply with federal law so lets not be too critical of a guy writing an article where the majority of it was factual.

By the way his main point about Moore was factual in that the Dems wanted him to run so they could go to their bench and trot out their virgins of condemnation to trash a guy that sat on the bench as a judge and avoided any charges for decades. Yes he was a poor candidate but politics and truth don't always follow the same path.

.

So please explain the logic here. Trump wins Alabama by by an HUGE margin 62.1% to 34.4%. 27.7 points better than Hillary. How exactly did Democrats pick Moore? Why didn't Trump's endorsement of Luther Strange resonate with the Primary voters? It is less than a year removed from the thumping Trump delivered in Alabama. What happened and how exactly do you blame Dems for picking Moore? Why did the GOP play into the Democrat hands if they knew all this?

That is a bit of fantasy that doesn't seem like it would pass the BS test.

Yes I believe the Dems pulled out all the stops to not have Moore Elected. However he won the primary against a candidate Trump endorsed. Seems kind of odd but maybe it is just an odd year.

The bottom line is decency prevailed in Alabama. Child molesters are the bottom of the barrel in a human being. How could anybody do that to a girl or boy. Those that feel like I do just stayed home, that's why Moore lost.

Let's face it, Moore lost because he did appear to be a abuser of young women. How many members of Congress have lost their jobs because of that charge this past year.

But back up a minute, Moore should have lost the election by a large majority, but he did not. He lost by just around one percent. That tells you how much a Democrat is not the favorite child of the voters in that state and many other states also.

That Democrat will have to look very hard at going with the GOP on bills to pass that will be favorable to the voters in Alabama or he will be out on his butt next election. I have a feeling he will not be following the party line as much as the DNC would like him to do.

As for FTW and his opinion, it is worth about as much as pile of horse manure. It is the opinion of a progressive liberal that would have preferred a outright lying crook for president. Just two snakes in the same basket.

It does matter, but the bottom line this seat was not that big of deal that the Democrats tried to make of it. Moore should have lost by 15-20%, but it was so close that new Democrat Congressman will be looking over his shoulders trying to figure out which way to vote on future bills.
Like all other members of Congress, his number one priority will be to get re-elected next term and he knows that will be hard to do in a red state like Alabama. he can not afford to tick off 5% more of the voters in his state.

Interesting that Lisa Bloom was paying the women before the election to come out with sex allegations against Trump. Had a couple with their home mortgages paid off and cash for others. She took a cut as the lawyer of 33%. This one could become the next big deal if she get's charged or disbarred. She was soliciting big Hillary donors for money for the "girls".

She also offered the actress who first nailed Weinstein $6 million to shut up so she plays both sides of the fence. Cannot trust any of these lawyer inspired deals.

So all women are liars when it comes to a guy who says he can "grab 'em by their puzzy"?

Lot's of people out for their 15 minutes of fame and Lisa Bloom is an ambulance chaser but I would be a bit careful staking your claim that Trump is lily white in the sexual harassment department.

LAST EDITED ON Dec-15-17 AT 02:54PM (MST)[p]Nemont why is it these attacks are always brought forth around election time after years in the dark? I know it's a sensitive subject for you with daughters but the way this is heading you better get a signed agreement before you go out on a date no matter what sex you are. All it takes is an allegation of a unwanted kiss or grope on either side and you just crossed the line and can be marked as a predator.

Here's an article from The Hill to verify how the money is offered up. It's easy since it's their word against your's and no evidence to back up most claims. A female dem just dropped out because claims were made against her so it goes both ways.....Pandora's box has been opened.......

here's the article

A well-known women?s rights lawyer sought to arrange compensation from donors and tabloid media outlets for women who made or considered making sexual misconduct allegations against Donald Trump during the final months of the 2016 presidential race, according to documents and interviews.

California lawyer Lisa Bloom?s efforts included offering to sell alleged victims? stories to TV outlets in return for a commission for herself, arranging a donor to pay off one Trump accuser?s mortgage and attempting to secure a six-figure payment for another woman who ultimately declined to come forward after being offered as much as $750,000, the clients told The Hill.

The women?s accounts were chronicled in contemporaneous contractual documents, emails and text messages reviewed by The Hill, including an exchange of texts between one woman and Bloom that suggested political action committees supporting Hillary Clinton were contacted during the effort.

Bloom, who has assisted dozens of women in prominent harassment cases and also defended film executive Harvey Weinstein earlier this year, represented four women considering making accusations against Trump last year. Two went public, and two declined.
In a statement to The Hill, Bloom acknowledged she engaged in discussions to secure donations for women who made or considered making accusations against Trump before last year?s election.

?Donors reached out to my firm directly to help some of the women I represented,? said Bloom, whose clients have also included accusers of Bill Cosby and Bill O?Reilly.

Bloom said her goal in securing money was not to pressure the women to come forward, but rather to help them relocate or arrange security if they felt unsafe during the waning days of a vitriolic election. She declined to identify any of the donors.

And while she noted she represented sexual harassment victims for free or at reduced rates, she also acknowledged a standard part of her contracts required women to pay her commissions as high as 33 percent if she sold their stories to media outlets.

?Our standard pro bono agreement for legal services provides that if a media entity offers to compensate a client for sharing his or her story we receive a percentage of those fees. This rarely happens. But, on occasion, a case generates media interest and sometimes (not always) a client may receive an appearance fee,? she said.

?As a private law firm we have significant payroll, rent, taxes, insurance and other expenses every week, so an arrangement where we might receive some compensation to defray our costs seems reasonable to us and is agreed to by our clients,? Bloom added.

Bloom told The Hill she had no contact with Clinton or her campaign, but declined to address any contacts with super PACs that supported the Democratic presidential nominee.

Josh Schwerin, the communications director for Priorities USA Action, the largest pro-Clinton super PAC, told The Hill that the group had no relationship with Bloom and had no discussions with her about supporting Trump accusers.

One Bloom client who received financial help from Bloom was New York City makeup artist Jill Harth.

The former beauty contestant manager filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against Trump in 1997 and then withdrew it under pressure. The news media discovered the litigation during the election, and Harth?s name became public in the summer of 2016. She asked Bloom to represent her in the fall after hearing Trump describe her allegations against him as false, and became a vocal critic of Trump.

?I consider myself lucky to have had Lisa Bloom by my side after my old lawsuit resurfaced. She advised me with great competence and compassion,? Harth told The Hill.

Harth said she did not originally ask Bloom for money, even though her cosmetics business suffered from the notoriety of the campaign stories about her.

But later, Bloom arranged a small payment from the licensing of some photos to the news media, and then set up a GoFundMe.com account to raise money for Harth in October 2016. ?Jill put herself out there, facing off with Donald Trump. Let's show her some love,? the online fundraising appeal set up by Bloom?s husband declared.

The effort raised a little over $2,300.

Bloom then arranged for a donor to make a larger contribution to help Harth pay off the mortgage on her Queens apartment in New York City. The amount was under $30,000, according to a source directly familiar with Harth?s situation. Public records show Harth?s mortgage was recorded as extinguished on Dec. 19, 2016.

Harth said the payments did not affect the merits of her allegations. She alleges that during a January 1993 meeting at Trump?s Mar-a-Lago estate, the future president pushed her up against a wall and groped her, trying to get his hands up her dress.

?Nothing that you've said to me about my mortgage or the Go Fund Me that was created to help me out financially affects the facts or the veracity of my 1997 federal complaint against Donald J. Trump for sexual harassment and assault,? she told The Hill.

?Having to retell my experiences of Donald Trump's harassment is the hardest thing I've ever had to do.?

Trump has steadfastly denied assaulting or harassing women, even after a videotape surfaced in September 2016 in which he can be heard boasting that famous men like him can grab women by the genitalia without consequence. Trump has dismissed the tape as "locker room talk."

Harth is currently writing a memoir about her whole experience, but without Bloom?s help.

Bloom acknowledged arranging financial help for Harth, who she said had lost income because of the publicity surrounding her allegations.

?She endured a tidal wave of hate for it. It was very painful for her. And as a New York City makeup artist, Jill lost jobs after she came out publicly against Donald Trump. I believed that people wanted to donate to help her, so we set up the GoFundMe account,? she told The Hill.

The Hill does not identify the names of victims of sexual assault or harassment unless they go public on their own, like Harth.

But one woman who did not go public with allegations agreed to share her documents and talk to The Hill about her interactions with Bloom if The Hill honored its commitment to maintain her anonymity.

Both that woman and Harth, who were friends, stressed that Bloom never asked them to make any statements or allegations except what they believed to be true.

Their texts and emails indicate Bloom held a strong dislike of Trump though. Bloom is the daughter of Gloria Allred, another prominent attorney who is representing a number of women who have made accusations of sexual misconduct against Trump.

In an email to the unnamed woman, Bloom said that her story was ?further evidence of what a sick predator this man is,? referring to Trump.

Documents also show Bloom?s efforts to get alleged victims of sexual assault or harassment to come out against Trump intensified as Election Day 2016 approached.
When Harth, for instance, informed Bloom she had just made a Facebook post urging other women to come forward about Trump in October 2016, the lawyer texted back: ?Wow Jill that would be amazing. 27 days until the election.?

And when a potential client abruptly backed out of a pre-election news conference in which she was supposed to allege she was sexually assaulted at age 13, Bloom turned her attention to another woman.

That woman, Harth?s friend, went back and forth for weeks with Bloom in 2016 about going public with an allegation of an unsolicited advance by Trump on the 1990s beauty contest circuit.

?Give us a clear sense of what you need and we will see if it we can get it,? Bloom texted the woman a week before Election Day.

?I'm scared Lisa. I can't relocate. I don't like taking other people?s money,? the woman wrote to Bloom.

?Ok let's not do this then,? Bloom responded. ?We are just about out of time anyway.?

The woman then texted back demanding to know why there was a deadline. ?What does time have to do with this? Time to bury Trump??? You want my story to bury trump for what? Personal gain? See that 's why I have trust issues!!?

The woman told The Hill in an interview that Bloom initially approached her in early October through Harth. She said she considered coming forward with her account of an unsolicited advance by Trump solely to support her friend Harth, and not because she had any consternation with Trump, who ended the advance when she asked him to stop, she said.

The woman said Bloom initially offered a $10,000 donation to the woman?s favorite church, an account backed up by text messages the two exchanged.

?Please keep the donation offer confidential except to your pastor,? Bloom wrote the woman on Oct. 14, 2016.

When Bloom found out the woman was still a supporter of Trump and associated with lawyers, friends and associates of the future president, she texted a request that jarred the woman.

?When you have a chance I suggest you delete the August 2015 Facebook post about supporting Trump,? Bloom texted. ?Otherwise the reporter will ask you how you could support him after what he did to you. Your call but it will make your life easier.?

The woman declined. ?I hate to say it, but i still rather have trump in office than hillary,? the woman texted back. Bloom answered, ?Ok I respect that. Then don't change anything.?

Eventually the two decided the woman?s continued support of Trump was a benefit to her narrative if she went public with her accusations, the messages show. ?I love your point about being a Trump supporter too,? Bloom texted on Oct. 14, 2016.

The text messages show the woman made escalating requests for more money.

By early November, the woman said, Bloom?s offers of money from donors had grown to $50,000 to be paid personally to her, and then even higher.

?Another donor has reached out to me offering relocation/security for any woman coming forward. I'm trying to reach him,? Bloom texted the woman on Nov. 3, 2016. Later she added, ?Call me I have good news.?

The woman responded that she wasn?t impressed with the new offer of $100,000 given that she had a young daughter. ?Hey after thinking about all this, I need more than $100,000.00. College money would be nice? for her daughter. ?Plus relocation fees, as we discussed.?

The figured jumped to $200,000 in a series of phone calls with Bloom that week, according to the woman. The support was promised to be tax-free and also included changing her identity and relocating, according to documents and interviews.

Bloom told The Hill that the woman asked for money as high as $2 million in the conversations, an amount that was a nonstarter, but the lawyer confirmed she tried to arrange donations to the woman in the low six figures.

?She asked to be compensated, citing concerns for her safety and security and over time, increased her request for financial compensation to $2 million, which we told her was a non-starter,? Bloom told The Hill. ?We did relay her security concerns to donors, but none were willing to offer more than a number in the low six figures, which they felt was more appropriate to address her security and relocation expenses.?

The woman said that when she initially talked to Bloom she simply wanted to support Harth and had no interest in being portrayed as an accuser or receiving money. But when Bloom?s mention of potential compensation became more frequent, the woman said she tried to draw out the lawyer to see how high the offer might reach and who might be behind the money.

Just a few days before the election, the woman indicated she was ready to go public with her story, then landed in the hospital and fell out of contact with Bloom.

The lawyer repeatedly texted one of the woman?s friends on Nov. 4, 2016, but the friend declined to put the woman on the phone, instead sending a picture of the client in a hospital bed.

Bloom persisted, writing in a series of texts to the friend that she needed to talk to her hospitalized client because it could have ?a significant impact on her life? and a ?big impact on her daughter? if she did not proceed with her public statement as she had planned.

?She is in no condition for visitors,? the friend texted Bloom back.

?If you care about her you need to leave her be until she is feeling better,? the friend added in another text.

Bloom hopped on a plane from California to come see the woman on the East Coast, according to the text messages and interviews.

The next day, the woman finally reconnected with Bloom and informed her she would not move forward with making her allegations public. Bloom reacted in a string of text messages after getting the news.

?I am confused because you sent me so many nice texts Wednesday night after my other client wasted so much of my time and canceled the press conference,? Bloom texted on Nov. 5, 2016. ?That meant a lot to me. Thursday you said you wanted to do this if you could be protected/relocated. I begged you not to jerk me around after what I had just gone through.?

A little later, she added another text. ?You have treated me very poorly. I have treated you with great respect as much as humanly possible. I have not made a dime off your case and I have devoted a great deal of time. It doesn't matter. I could have done so much for you. But you can't stick to your word even when you swear you will.?

After the woman was released from the hospital, she agreed to meet Bloom at a hotel on Nov. 6, just two days before Trump unexpectedly defeated Clinton.

The woman told The Hill in an interview that at the hotel encounter, Bloom increased the offer of donations to $750,000 but still she declined to take the money.

The woman texted Bloom that day saying she didn't mean to let her lawyer down.

?You didn't let me down,? Bloom texted back. ?You came and spoke to me and made the decision that's right for you. That's all I wanted.?

Bloom confirmed to The Hill that she flew to Virginia to meet with the woman after she had changed her mind several times about whether to go public with her accusations against Trump.

?We invited her to meet with us at the hotel restaurant and she accepted. Ultimately, after another heartfelt discussion, she decided that she did not want to come forward, and we respected her decision,? Bloom told The Hill.

Bloom said the donor money was never intended ?to entice women to come forward against their will.?

?Nothing can be further from the truth. Some clients asked for small photo licensing fees while others wanted more to protect their security,? she said.

Bloom declined to identify the name of any donors who would have provided money for women making accusations against Trump.

Harth and the woman who decided not to go public said they never were given any names of donors.

But Bloom told the woman who declined to come forward that she had reached out to political action committees supporting Clinton?s campaign.

?It's my understanding that there is some Clinton Super Pack [sic] that could help out if we did move forward,? the woman wrote Bloom on Oct. 11, 2016. ?If we help the Clinton campaign they in turn could help or compensate us??

Bloom wrote back, ?Let's please do a call. I have already reached out to Clinton Super PACs and they are not paying. I can get you paid for some interviews however.?

The woman who ultimately declined to come forward with Bloom told The Hill that she stayed silent for an entire year afterward because she did not want to call attention to her family.

She said she supported Trump in 2016, and that he she held no resentment about the early 1990s advance because Trump stopped it as soon as she asked him.

She said she remains friends with many people associated with the president to this day, including one of his best personal friends and a lawyer who works for one of the firms representing Trump.

The woman said, however, no one associated with the Trump White House or the president forced her to come forward or made any offers to induce her to talk to The Hill. She said she agreed to do so only after she became disgusted to learn this past October that Bloom had agreed to work in defense of Weinstein.

?I couldn't understand how she could say she was for people like me and then represent someone like him. And then all the money stuff I knew about. I just became frustrated,? she said.

Bloom dropped her representation of Weinstein as the accusations piled up against him, telling Buzzfeed that it had been a ?colossal mistake.?

Nearly from the beginning, Bloom made clear to the woman she would have to pay her law firm a commission on any fees the attorney arranged from media outlets willing to pay for the woman?s story, according to a copy of a contract as well as a text message sent to the woman.

?Outlets with which I have good relationships that may pay for your first on camera interview, revealing your name and face: Inside Edition, Dr. Phil, LawNewz.com,? Bloom texted the woman just weeks before Election Day. ?My best estimate of what I could get for you would be $10-15,000 (less our 1/3 attorney fee)."

?If you are interested I would recommend Inside Edition or Dr. Phil as they are much bigger. Dr. Phil is doing a show on Trump accusers next Tuesday in LA and would fly you here and put you up in a nice hotel, and pay for your meals as well, with your daughter if you like,? Bloom?s text added. ?Media moves very quickly so you need to decide and then once confirmed, you need to stick to it.?

Representatives of "Inside Edition" and "Dr. Phil" said they did not pay any Trump accusers for appearances last year.

Bloom?s firm sent the woman a ?media-related services? contract to represent her for ?speaking out against Donald Trump? that laid out business terms for selling a story in the most direct terms.

?You will compensate the Firm thirty-three percent (33%) of the total fee that you collect, whether the media deal or licensing fees is for print, Internet, radio, television, film or any other medium,? Bloom?s proposed contract, dated Oct. 10, 2016, read. The woman said she signed the contract.

When Bloom found out in early November that the woman and the friend had discussions with CBS News about doing an interview on their own, the lawyer texted back: ?CBS does not pay for stories.?

A little later Bloom sent another text suggesting the arrangements she was making could be impacted by the unauthorized media contacts. ?You and your friends should not be shopping the story it will come back to bite you,? Bloom texted. ?And this whole thing we have worked so hard to make happen will go away.?

Boskee,

Just a suggestion. Instead of cutting and pasting the entire article just cut and paste the first paragraph and then provide the link. Just saying.

Yes there are women who want their 15 minutes of fame and it is becoming toxic out there. That isn't the issue when it comes to Trump, go listen to his own words. He states he just starts kissing women because they are beautiful and that his celebrity let's him grab them by the puzzy. He said it not me. Do you really believe that he just made that up to impress Billy Bush or was he explaining how things operate in Hollywood in 2006. If you believe Trump is lily white then I got a bridge to sell you.

If Trump or any other male was lily white and pure we wouldn't have prostitution as the oldest business in the world and the slogan what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. Nowhere did I state he was pure but lets not look past women throwing themselves at rich or powerful men everyday and when you're worth billions, well look at the pics of rich guys with beautiful wives and it's becomes a little more obvious. Sex has always sold, and Hollywood & the media has exploited it more than just about anywhere. A jilted lover is always looking to settle a score in some fashion even when they agreed to the tryst. Nobody likes to be used, do they.

Victoria's secret business revolves around sex selling and now we have the party of liberalism going Bible belt on us. Really the party of unisex restrooms & showers, free love, movie stars, casting couches, John Kennedy, Bill Clinton, and orgy's has now suddenly found morality......yea right.

The dems love to use this and have for decades and many lives are ruined as a result, but you never see them caring about that and most of these claims evaporate after the damage was done and they've done their damage. It's clear when you're running ads and asking for maligned damsels for $$$$$ it's far from the moral or ethical enterprise they try to make it into. So while Trump isn't a saint, he wouldn't be the first man to have a fair maiden use her wiles to entice him into her web. Money and power are 2 of the most powerful aphrodisiacs on earth and have been for hundreds of years. So we have to be careful about who seduced who in the equation. It's politics and the optics can easily distort the true facts.

There's 3 things keeping this from being a perfect world. Money,Puzzy & Religion. Unfortunately, they are the top three on the most powerful things on the planet list and the dirty democrats have weaponized them all politically. Liberal progressivism is the plague that will destroy this country.

Mueller held all the cards the whole time. Even though he made requests for the Trump Campaign e-mails..he already had them.

He already knew who was involved, to what extent they were involved, and those they were involved with. His continued requests were met with a predictable outcome as those involved in soliciting Russia only sent Mueller non Russia related e-mails.

No surprise that the completely innocent Trump Campaign only turned over a fraction of the e-mails as Mueller lulled them into believing their stalling tactics worked and he did not have them.

Pence was the head of the transition team and the great defender of Flynn. Unless there was some mass conspiracy on behalf of all of Pence's staff, he was aware that Flynn was part of an organized effort to solicit Russia. The bet is whether all of those under Pence are willing to go to jail on his behalf.

Trey Gowdy was also a member of the transition team, one can only hope he was implicated too. It would explain all his squawking for Mueller's termination, like Kushner with Comey he's scared.

Russia money and influence seems to have been a known known within the ranks at the time of campaign. McCarthy has a talent for broadcasting the truth for no other reason than being an idiot.

FTW you better wake up son your liberal education & hatred has compromised your ability to think ( not that you were much good at it before). When the guys investigating people for a crime break the rules and get caught, it usually doesn't bode well for them.

The agency is going to get drug through the mud because of a few bad actors that thought they were above the law to try to take Trump down. Let's see how this plays out but right now there's some folks in the FBI that are probably being investigated for conspiracy and most likely have more issues than Trump ever did. They compromised Muellers investigation and the FBI's integrity, and violated their oaths. While Clinton may have got away with it the FBI holds their people to a higher standard.

So let's look at reality how much do you think Putin would have had to pay Trump a billionaire to throw away his life? How many stories has the Washington Post got wrong? Think they may have been baiting for leaks? You're making Piper look like he has a PHD.....LOL

As long as you are getting your news from this guy..

Gregg Jarrett is a washed out POS drunk who is getting a second chance at Faux being Hannity's juice box boy.

Fact is Mueller is not going anywhere, nor do the Republicans really want him to go anywhere. If the Republicans accomplish anything outside of a SCOTUS replacement and giving money back to their donors they will be happy. Mueller being fired makes for great ratings and keeps the Trumpers in their single wides.

The fact the RNC pulled it's legal funding for Trump and his associates as an action speaks volumes as to how they see the outcome playing out.

Trump is so out toxic the GOP ranks figure they can pass anything and he will claim a victory then sign it. Speed is of the essence, the bill must pass before the Mueller investigation hands out the final criminal indictments.

Afterwards, Bannon is right, the GOP will no longer have any use for Putin's broken puppet at 32% and toxic. His endorsements actually hurt candidates, he is Bush Jr circa late 2008.

The trick for the GOP is to get rid of Trump without alienating his supporters. This means keeping Mueller in place, allow the process to take course, then take a "In light of the recent facts" approach.

Republicans will force Mueller to indict Trump and Pence placing pressure on the Congress to act. Most say you cannot indict a sitting a POTUS but former Clinton Independent Counsel and Trump's short list for a gig at the Office of Religion Freedom Ken Starr begs to differ.

This places Trump's fate in the hands of the very Rs in Congress which Trump has repeatedly thrown under the bus. Ryan is already squawking that he may be retiring realizing his career as Speaker will be known for removing Trump from office. Chaffitz jumped ship early because he did not want to be on the house oversight committee. As it is Ryan could be implicated given Preibus serves for both Ryan and McConnell as an errand boy. Records put Preibus at Trump Tower the day of Donald Jr.'s meeting.

Bama went Blue...that is how bad it is and as this downfall worsens I will be here reminding you that you were warned this would happen.

Uhh, Alabama went blue by 20000 votes because the GOP ended up with a pedophile as the candidate. McConnell was responsible for that mess. Maybe you would like to bet on old Doug Jones holding the seat in the next election. He has two years so he could vote with the GOP and have a chance. The rest of your hyperbole is just that. You are speculating on Trump's demise. Unless Mueller has ironclad video of Trump meeting with Putin and asking for his help I don't think he will indict a sitting President.

Glen,

Roy Moore was Brannon's boy not McConnell. Alabama is the canary in the coal mine. Do this and look at the total vote count in the states that put Trump in the White House.. if just 3% switched their vote we would be about to indict a dem for their crimes. In a stat the Trump won by over 27% just last November and then lose a seat after he endorsed Moore, yeah isn't something to chalk up to just a bad candidate. Trump act has worn thin with enough swing voters to swing ruby red Alabama.

Whatever ends up with Mueller's investigation will be a side show to what is going to happen in the 2018 election.

McConnell should have pushed the election out a few months and he could have done that. Strange would have beat Moore if the dirt came out before the primary. Moore was so toxic that republicans stayed home or voted for Jones. I think the entire thing was mishandled by the GOP. I do think that Moore losing was better for the GOP. They will have a tough enough fight even without that idiot.

McConnell had to be looking at the strength of the Trump win and thinking there is no way that a Republican could lose in Alabama. At some point you have to start holding the guy at the top of party responsible for something.

Let's see if they can grab defeat from the jaws of victory again and further damage the GOP brand with the VA primary. In that primary to oppose Sen. Tim Kaine, you have Bannon's boy Corey Stewart who wants to still claim the birther movement and a crazy guy who is telling everybody that isn't Christian that they are of the evil spirit. Kaine will win but how much will the right put on display to further damage the brand? Probably a lot.

Hillary loses and it's everybody else's fault. Moore loses and it's trumps fault. Put up a better candidate or lose and whine.

#livelikezac

Ummm....I have said from day one that Hillary was a shytty candidate who had nobody to blame but herself.

Same equation for the right, run better candidates, usually one can ID them by whether Bannon picked them or not. Moore was a shytty candidate but there is little excuse for losing an election in a state that Trump carried by more that 27% just last Nov. The GOP is going to pay a big price when Bannon picks the candidates and makes Trump endorse them. Like it or not that is what happened in Alabama, period. Nothing to do with Hillary, nothing to do with Mueller, nothing to do with rank and file Republicans. Bannon picked a loser and stuck the GOP with him and Trump doubled down to save that seat and still lost. Pretend it's about Hillary if that helps you sleep at night but wait and see how many core conservative values the talking Yam really has if the House and Senate flip. He will be making deals with Chuck and Nancy and his base will be left flapping in the breeze.

Trump also has the habit of firing anyone that does not produce to the level that he expects. Bannon may be on the outs with Trump now. We will have to wait and see what transpire in the future and if Bannon loses favor with Trump.

RELH,

Bannon is recruiting candidates, helping messaging and getting them on the ballot. Trump has no choice but go along with what Bannon wants.

Bannon's guy in Montana to oppose Tester is mix of Roy Moore and Alfred E. Neuman. He believes Noah loaded Dinosaur's up on the Ark and that public land should be transferred to the states.

Nemont

You may be very wrong that Trump has to go along with what Bannon wants. People have thought that before of Trump and he fooled them and surprised them with what he did.

RELH

You mean like Trump backing Luther Strange but having to endorse Bannon?s candidate because Strange couldn't leverage Trump?s name into a primary win?

Bannon is a pox but Trump loves him and that is going to be an interesting dynamic moving forward.

Nemont, you are the proverbial parrot for the liberal press when it comes to President Trump.

Unlike the previous President, Trump allowed his military Generals to do what was needed to destroy ISIS military army in both Iraq and Syria. Obama told us he had them on the run, and they replied back with the attack on our embassy to prove him wrong. Has the liberal press given credit to Trump for doing in one year what Obama could not in 8 years. No they have not.

The Russians warned our FBI about the Boston bombing and they failed to take action and people got the crap blown out of them on Obama's watch.
Trump allows the CIA to warn the Russians about a possible Jihad bomb attack in St. Petersburg and the Russians round up the terrs to prevent the attack and thanks the U.S. for the information. What does our liberal press do, they portray Trump as a puppet of Putin. Something is wrong in our country with a certain segment of it's citizens. Our Founding Fathers are turning over in their graves.

I am convinced he will be. The guy has nine lives and some how seems to keep popping to the surface. The question is will he be working with a new majority leader and speaker of the House.

Any other administration which and the current economic data would be so popular that their legislative agenda would be sailing through. He can't make deals with his own party but I bet he will sell out his base if he can make deals on the left because ultimately it is about just the deals with him, not core beliefs.

Nemont

LAST EDITED ON Dec-19-17 AT 02:24PM (MST)[p] He's an unconventional candidate, but his 9 lives are do to him being able to Trump the dems at their own game. I certainly don't agree with his tweets and some of his actions, but he's managed to make the left hysterical. Trump was successful because he was Trump. He's teaching the GOP how to govern again. He's giving them a platform to insure more legislation and uniting his party. All successful presidents have walked across the aisle when needed, it's time to realize he's doing what he was elected to do.

He's also dismantling Obama's legislation every single chance he gets. While some may not agree with his methods the left is finding out first hand they deplore being treated exactly how they treat everyone else. The dems are getting a boxing lesson, and they aren't too happy about it. LOL

Americans can walk down the street and say Merry Christmas without being told how wrong they are. PC is so yesterday and tarnished...LOL The simple truth is Obama & the dems over played their hand and the American people sat up and recognized what they were doing.

The indoctrinated youth will eventually get their socialism just not as soon as they want, because their leaders were unable to deliver, even while rigging the elective process. The covers are being pulled off and one party has been exposed not really supporting tax cuts because it sets back their plan for fundamental change to SOCIALISM and buying votes.

He's not focused on identity politics and not paying special interest groups to demonstrate. We're not seeing GOP leaders encouraging folks to march in our streets to create chaos and hatred. We're not seeing GOP leaders pushing a false narrative on Russian collusion when it was their leaders who actually sold out our country, and sold Russia our uranium.

Yep old Trumps in a freefall and once they see the benefit of the tax cuts more families will vote for the party that initiated the change for them, not those that lied......so in the spirit of good will, with the holidays to our little snowflake friends......Merry Christmas isn't America great!

Yep the majority no longer ever matters to Trumpteers. The fact that he has never governed for a majority in our Republic never seem to dawn on the moron class.

Nemont

LAST EDITED ON Dec-20-17 AT 11:37AM (MST)[p]80% receiving a tax cut in some form is doing something for the majority. Putting legislation in place that should stimulate corporations and small businesses to invest in jobs and growth is something that should benefit the majority. Some of us know exactly how big corporations work and deregulating things and putting more dollars into the economy is as simple as opening a valve on a faucet.

Lower taxes allow corporations and small business to be more competitive and more orders means more jobs. So while you're crying about the candidate we elected at least he is trying to make things better for our country. Last time I looked political preference wasn't a question on a job application.

More jobs and more money in their pockets is good for all Americans no matter how you want to try to spin it. Wall Street has been behind this move and the market's reacted for weeks now in anticipation of how beneficial this can be. Elections have consequences..........get over it. It worked for Reagan and it can work for Trump. Will it? Nobody knows for certain but regulating jobs away certainly isn't even remotely the answer, and the millions upon millions out of our work force can easily attest to that. More jobs= more tax dollars.

You're way smarter than that so maybe it's time to face reality. No matter how much you dislike the man and his actions, it's time to admit he may be a little better at doing the job and seeing the big picture than you want to admit. So open your eyes because factually at this point your moron comment seems to reflect more on you.

So this tax cut will stimulate the economy more than free money has since 2008? We have had zero interest for years now but this tax cut is the boost we need?

Corporations are sitting on more cash than ever what exactly will they do with it?

Their stocks will go up maybe they will buy back some stock when helps the other share holders or pay dividends. The market can go the other way just as rapidly.

What exactly is the big picture Trump is looking at? When is the best time to deal with debt? Is it while tax revenues are already at record highs or is when there is a great recession? You know save up dry powder in the good times because you know for a fact there will be bad times was conventional wisdom until we all became speculators.

Let's make a bet, the debt will be higher at the end of Trump's term than it is today and job growth won't come any where near what the he or you claim it will be. You are not using the correct equation there. Growth-lower tax=higher debt. There isn't a single credible source that believes we can grow our way out of the looming debt crisis.

https://www.dailysabah.com/economy/...dilocks-moment-global-economy-faces-debt-risk

Free money has already laid the foundation for the next crisis and lowering tax rates and adding debt does nothing in the big picture to get ready for it. But I will stop using the moron comment until the thing actually does blow up in your face and then I can say, "I told you so".

Nemont

You're not paying attention to what you wrote. Is this going to reduce taxes and create jobs? Will the majority benefit from that? People that have made a lot more money than you have are trying to fix things and he inherited the problem not created it. People are sitting in his cabinet that pay more taxes than your business grosses so let's see if they can make a difference because frankly Obama & Obamacare didn't fix anything did it.

Obama bragged we had the most revenue in decades and yet he didn't reduce the deficit one thin dime. Where did the money go? He doubled the deficit didn't he.

I'll give you it's a gamble but given most taxpayers are tapped out who do you suggest raising taxes on to decrease the deficit. How do you make that work when when congress can't control the purse and are spending us into insolvency. Getting the free markets stimulated to increase cash seems a little more realistic. More $$$$ is the easiest way to fix some of the mess we're in.

If your idea is so sound get on a plane and fly to Washington and show them. I'm sure they'd be all ears but I'll bet your little democrat friends will shout you down and protest your azz right back to podunk. Why? Because in reality, they want capitalism to fail. That way they can show the people how socialism will benefit them and lead us to the new world order. So you see while you're the man with a plan, it's not the right one but you're sure playing into the hands of those who want to take you there.

LAST EDITED ON Dec-20-17 AT 03:51PM (MST)[p]Sure, so can you explain the argument that we can grow our way out the debt problem because so far we are borrowing more and spending it. Yes Trump has rich guys around him, how many of them spent a single day living as an average American trying to educate their kid, buy house, fund college, fund retirement, set aside some for something fun? None of them have had to worry about what happens when there was more month then pay check, ever in their lives. Money doesn't = brilliance.

Cut taxes if that is what has to happen, while you are at how about cutting spending?

The economy is cooking right now, unless all the indicators are fake news. It is producing record tax revenue now.

https://www.cnsnews.com/news/articl...-taxes-through-august-still-run-6737b-deficit

yet:
At the same time that the federal government was collecting a record $2,966,172,000,000 in tax revenues, it was spending $3,639,882,000,000?and, thus, running a deficit of $673,711,000,000.

Can you show me how the second half of the equation gets fixed under this tax bill?

Why borrow more to juice an economy that is humming along by almost any measure? Record stock markets, low unemployment, rising incomes, housing starts are strong, commercial construction is humming along, exports remain good. If it was the corporate that needed to be cut to make us competitive I would buy that one to attract and keep International Corps.

All I asked was explain what this does that free money has not? But if you think Trump is all that and a bag of chips, good on ya I guess.

Nemont

Nemont, I cannot find what this bill does to health insurance deductions if anything. do you know if they will still be deductible? it seems illogical insurance would be deductible if bills are not but I don't know.

This is a historically unpopular bill that will become less popular in time. 63% of americans polled say debt reduction is more important than tax cuts, make that 75% if the tax cuts are going to the rich. which the bulk will. so if you want to know who is willing to work on paying the debt down there you have it. this is a cure for a problem which does not exist, it's a shame when people want to do the right thing but politic won't let them.

I will pay more taxes now it's that simple. but I have a ton of money in the markets, will my gains be worth the hose job? time will tell. if you're not big in the markets now may be a good time to stock up on vaseline. buy extra for your kids they're going to need it far worse.

If you paid attention instead of following the propaganda they clearly said this was the first part of the plan and if the economy takes off like they hope it will there's lots more money to reduce the deficit. Now I know you're smart enough to know that an increase in GDP means Billions upon hundreds of billions more dollars. In fact they think they can pay for a lot of this program simply by controlling spending and eliminating waste.

So since they're actually trying to do what you want as opposed to Obama why don't you put on your chastity belt to protect your genitals, and sit back and lets see if the guys that actually have run some major corporations in this country may be a little more adept than the talking heads with the keys to the vault.

One things for sure they have no intent of buying votes and they're fully aware of what a damn mess they inherited. The majority of these guys have more experience than just about all the political hacks Obama surrounded himself with to run up the debt and disobey our laws so it should be a no brainer for you.

Besides as I recall you didn't vote for either candidate in the last election so you really shirked your responsibility to fix anything at all didn't you....... It's Okay you can admit you voted for Hillary since we all know she really cared about fixing things, that's why the dems, the media and her have stood up and got behind the guy that beat her for the good of the nation. LOL

Speaking of hilarious chit, did you see that news release that former WH Counsel Don McGhan was researching lying to the federal government and The Logan Act because he believed Flynn was in violation of both back in January.

But wait for it...

Records now confirm that the Donald knew back in January that Flynn was in violation of federal laws, yet decided to keep Flynn aboard for 18 days afterwards.

Obama warned Trump while other respected Generals did not have kind words about Flynn. Bringing Flynn aboard was all about payback for his Russia efforts.

December 1, 2017 Gen Michael Flynn pleads guilty to lying to the FBI about contacts he had with Amb. Kislyak. Contact specifically about lifting Sanctions to get Vladimir and other gangsters access to their money.

Principles? Belief systems? Values? Outrage?...nothing.

What did Flynn lie about? Easing sanctions. Why were there sanctions in the first place? The Russians were meddling in our election. What affect did the sanctions have? The sanctions currently prevent Putin and the Russian Oligarch billionaires to access western financial institutions where most of their money is.

Bosgeek, I'll do you one better , enough of your bullchit. I'll bet you right now the debt increases a large amount every year Trump is president. yes or no coward? how much do you want to lose?

What is best about this is when a democrat takes over in 2021 he's going to get the blame for the " massive debt " the country is running up. wait and see.

I think Flynn is Mueller's goose that laid the golden egg. get your popcorn it's going to be a great show.

Are you really that ignorant. All your little icons screaming about how we've taken money from folks......one little bit of information you and your friends constantly over look is the fact the money was theirs in the first place. The government didn't earn it did they? They're dependant on the taxpayers for every single dime.

You keep avoiding the truth dumb azz democrats want more and more of everyones money and since this was passed it will take them years and years to get it back WTFU. Why do you think they're screaming. LOL

You two clowns couldn't solve a robbery if you were in the bank when it happened. I realize that to you 2 clowns this makes little to no sense but I can assure you it's an issue with the FBI guidelines the agency with the highest conviction rate in the world. They corrupted their own evidence. In fact Flynn may have grounds to counter sue them if they obtained the fisa warrant illegally or bias can be proved. They may have corrupted Mueller's investigation.

I'm sure the old law dog RELH could explain it better to you two clowns but I doubt you'll be able to comprehend it.

Yeah I am certain Flynn can sue after pleading guilty. That is some magical thinking right there. If the evidence on Flynn was not solid and he thought or his legal counsel thought the evidence was tainted, higky doubtful Flynn would fold.

FISA warrants? You realize none of Flynn?s sins he plead guilty too had anything to do with a FISA warrant.

The FBI May be corrupted we shall see. It has happened before. Flynn won't have any recourse though. He admitted his guilt.

Nemont

Yes he did. and Mueller cut him a deal because of the goods he can deliver. why some retards don't get that is hard to comprehend.

Now we wait to see what that was. considering the way many republicans are chitting themselves in hopes of splattering some on Mueller one has to assume they know what's coming.

Stay Thirsty My Friends

Not necessarily, I thought exactly the same as you do. My neighbor the judge told me if the information they used to trap him was obtained illegally he has a course of action. He said usually in the chain of evidence there's cross tying information that tips them off to other crimes to look for and it's in that trail where things can come apart. If some crafty attorney can prove they had one item (tainted) before the other it may all go kaput.

I'm no lawyer but he said guys have been let out of prison that plead guilty because it was proven they used illegally obtained or tainted evidence after the fact to coerce the plea. Given all the misinformation going on it's hard to know what's fact and what's fiction. Everybody is in cover mode so we don't really know what the true facts are. Besides, behind closed doors we only know what they want us to know. Hopefully he'll cooperate and things will go easier on him. I just hope that right prevails but in politics we both know that's not always the case.

Oh boy! More criminal indictments..

If one were to swap the name Trump out and replace it with Obama the feral Trumpsters here would be wetting themselves.

4 indictments, 2 house arrests and 2 guilty pleas later I wonder who it will be? Who could the indictments be for? Kushner? Donald Jr? Hicks? Sessions? Pence? Trump? The suspense is so much fun, who else will found guilty of attempting to conspire with the Russians?

Since there are multiple indictments (hey, right after the Tax Scam passed) on the way the Rs in Congress needed to pass this at all costs knowing something big is going to be happening between now and January. Also explains why Trump's enemies like Murkowski, Collins, Corker and McCain voted for it.

This is the big pay off, a watershed moment for the GOP to pay back it's billionaire and corporate donors before the toxic seep that is Trump taints the party from being able to pass further legislation.

It is called "Fruits of the poison tree". Muellar's lead investigator has a previous record of using evidence that was later ruled as "fruits of the poison tree". The reason why the Supreme Court overturned his convictions in a 9-0 ruling. Even the liberal Supreme Court judges ruled against him.
This may be the reason the D.O.J. and FBI are stalling on giving information about using the "fake" Russian collusion file by super spook Steele to gain FISA wire taps on Flynn and others. If that file is ruled fake and the "Poison Tree" all of that wire tap evidence goes right out the window and even Flynn may skate on charges. Any and all later evidence that is obtained via the route of the "poison tree" will squashed and not usable in a court of law.

I suspect this will be the case as those liberal dirty FBI agents were not looking for a case on Trump and company to take to a court of law. They were looking for allegations to throw the election to Hillary and later to impeach him. They probably did not even think it would lead to a action involving the courts. As a result they were sloppy and too eager to accept any dirt on Trump and did not care if it would stand up to the sniff test by the courts. I would not be surprised if there is a few FBI agents and DOJ lawyers out of a job when this is over. Some may even lose their license to practice law if Trump pushes it.

RELH

FTW you really are about as foolish as your bigoted friend. It's politics so what you think is going on is usually the illusion. We'll see what the OIG comes up with but given the fact judges are recusing themselves from this it's fairly clear even they suspect somethings smells like your stained shorts. So how does the bureau restore it's reputation smart guy?

Even you have to admit the optics look bad let alone how they violated procedure. When past directors say things aren't right and procedure wasn't followed that may carry a little weight. I think the good guys at the FBI are helping rid the department of vermin.

So let's see we cheated in the last election proven by wikileaks and the head of your own party...LOL

then we know Hillary colluded with Russia and destroyed evidence in the presence of the FBI. So how many cases do you recall where the agency enforcing the law allowed that to happen?

Then we have that pesky little issue where the fisa warrant may have been obtained illegally.......seems like your folks may have some issues here......

then we have the most damning evidence of all where Hillary's on record saying if Trump gets elected we'll all hang....HMM that seems like an admission of some wrong doing doesn't it...

Apparently putting party over country and the Bureau isn't the best course of action....LOL

One things for certain delusions and the liberal mind seem to follow the same path frequently that's why when a liberal tells you anything it's suspect. BY the way how are all those decisions the supremes are reversing working out for you....ironic isn't it.....LOL

So the crooks are banking in a technicality to save their azzes. they don't even dispute what their comrades did anymore only who and how we found out about it.

Here is the thing orange O rings, even if your dreams come true and someone did mess up in the investigation , legally that may help you but politically you're still phuked.

Boskee and RELH,

Rather then betting for money let's bet our mm.com memberships.

Other than Trump pardoning Flynn, let's bet whether Flynn gets out of his guilty plea due to team Mueller having tainted evidence. if he gets his guilty plea thown out because of Mueller, I will delete my account and never post again. If Flynn stays an admitted criminal due to his own guilty plea and keeps his criminal record you two delete your accounts and go away.

You up for that? If you are so sure Mueller is dirty why not put your name on the line?

Nemont

No Dude I do not blow chit like you do every time you post. The odds are about 60-40 that Flynn does not fight the conviction due to cost. Sucker bets are for guys like you and Nemont to try to stack in your favor before you open your mouth trying to find a sucker to take you up on a bad bet with odds stacked in your favor.
I do not see you trying to bet that Trump will not surpass Obama on a better economy for their first two years in office do I.

RELH

Nemont your a damn idiot show me where I said Mueller was crooked. You won't find it dumb azz. I said they corrupted his investigation and are dragging the bureau through the mud. See you and your bigoted little friends both seem to lack reading comprehension skills. You have heartburn with me because I disrupt your biased liberal dialogue. It's like you coming on here saying the tax bill only helped the minority. 80% is hardly a minority is it.

Now here's a little something for you to ponder. How is it a self appointed money man and self proclaimed financial consultant make a mistake like that? See your bias is clouding your judgement just like the other liberals who are going crazy with what Trump is doing.

Contrary to popular belief you and Mr. Green Jeans aren't the only folks on the planet who were or are successful. When you can't see the merits in what Trump has done for the average joe you're either an idiot or a fool or just thinking about yourselves. Maybe it's time to reflect on that a bit. Since millions upon millions of Americans live paycheck to paycheck and don't have a months wages saved, spare us your self centered bullchit.

So how about you and Mr Green Jeans quit showing your azzes trying to sow the liberal talking points. When the never trumpers are having to admit he's done some good things maybe it's time for your two idiots to open your jaded little eyes.

Next thing we know you two clowns will be claiming your part of the #Metoo movement, and Trump grabbed your puzzy....LOL

Flynn won't fight the conviction ? he admitted guilt and cut a deal with Mueller dumbchit. Trump offering a pardon in return for Flynn's silence would be his only grounds to fight. but to do that Trump would first have to be trusted, which he clearly is not, and Trump would have to possess the ability to pardon witnesses of his own crimes. which he does not if Mueller does his job correctly. choke on it.

No bets you cowards? you panty wearing blowhards are annoying. talk is cheap and you're two bit whores.

Stay Thirsty My Friends

Well since we're whores why don't you two deep pocketed morons make us an offer to go away.

After all what you're trying to do is suppress our right to free speech.....I'm sure the irony is lost on both of you....but it clearly isn't to the majority on this forum.
A liberal will do anything to silence their opposition...LOL

So Mueller isn't corrupt but his investigation is?

I made you an offer to go away, I would go away if you are right about Flynn and Mueller

That isn't suppressing free speech. In addition only free speech can only be infringed upon by the government not by individuals that hold no power.

Nemont

Just maybe we would like you and Dude stay on as we have fun pricking your thin skin and get many laughs when you two show just how much of a bias liberal idiot you are.

This Christmas has been filled with the laughter and joy of watching our national sociopath.

Trump tweeted that he had broken Truman's record for most legislative approvals..88! For starters nobody knows what in the hell Trump is talking about mentioning 88 as a number or what is he pointing to as legislative approvals.

Not only is his claim a lie but Truman holds no records for legislation in his first year of office. The facts are that Trump has signed fewer bills at this time in office than Eisenhower, Kennedy, Nixon, Carter, H.W. Bush, Clinton, Bush Jr., and Obama.

https://govtrackinsider.com/falling...-bills-into-law-by-this-point-in-8945aac6ad54

No matter, there is no there, no collusion, our intelligence communities are all tainted, no justice, no Russians, no Obstruction of Justice, no violation of campaign laws, and no quid pro quo for easing sanctions.

I guess we can now confirm that these statements are lies and those giving them are hence liars.

I only ask Santa to either to indict both Donald Jr. and Kushner on Christmas Eve, if not both 1 would be just fine.

Quote:

While Mueller is a registered Republican, House Republicans have seized on the disclosure that a top FBI agent assigned to the investigation, Peter Strzok, sent anti-Trump texts in personal exchanges with another FBI official in 2016. Mueller removed Strzok from his team over the summer when he learned of the texts.

?It's a tactical change,? Cotter said. ?If you convince people that whatever the investigation comes out with is bad, just because of the people who did it, then you don't ever have to deal with the facts.?

Cotter doesn't believe the new tactic will fare any better, or prod Mueller into making a mistake. ?I can't imagine why Mueller and his people would possibly care,? he said. ?The bias in law enforcement is always in favor of law enforcement. They don't like criminals.?

too bad your bias is not like most law enforcement officers and officials.

Throw Bill and Hillary in prison and throw away the key. I don't give a phuk about them, that doesn't make Trump lily white and it doesn't make Mueller's investigation biased.

Good point Glen. Isn't it ironic that the party of the working man chose 100% not to help him and his family, after all it is his money in the first place. After years and years of static wages, rising food costs and increased prices they decided to deny helping out the working man no matter what party they belong to.

So let's see they got caught cheating the working man out of his elective process, and now they're refusing to let him have some of his own pay check when they may actually need it? Seems the dems aren't too concerned with allowing the working man or woman the right to chose about many things, let alone what may be best for his family.

So only the government can suppress free speech? So let's see since mentally you're not up to the game we'll use something more common to demonstrate your ignorance.

The government does regulate suppressors so in that your argument does have some merit though is devoid of logic. The individual that owns the gun can put the suppressor on the gun to suppress it's report, or the individual can leave the suppressor off the gun or any other gun he owns and the gun makes it's normal report. So does the individual have the power to suppress the gun?

Now let's say little johnny is too poor to afford a suppressor and doesn't have the money to afford the permit can little johnny diminish the report of his weapon. Why sure he can he can use a plastic soda pop bottle and many other various common items to suppress the report of the weapon.

So while the government in many ways can control many factors in our lives to say they are the only means to control free speech is complete bullchit.

All one has to do is look at how the democrats have been using Alinski's tactics to control the thought process and narrative within our society.

They used the pc argument and other tactics using racism, hatred, bigotry, and violence and public displays to promote their control over society. They also used feminism, Black Lives Matter, ##### hats, nasty women, white hate, reparations, white privilege, Anti-Trump, and many other topics to suppress dissenters within our society in an effort to silence their voices or inhibit support of opposite viewpoints.

We've all seen it first hand in one form or another and on TV where they use their voices to silence the opposition and in some cases even resort to violence. The fact they are violating the other individuals rights in the process is immaterial. Why? Because they know most folks will avoid the confrontation, or leave to downplay the potential for conflict, or not voice their opinion because it may cause such a reaction.

They also use the leftist media to completely alter the narrative to suit their agenda. Donald Trump has withstood constant attacks for things a liberal does on a daily basis and it's perfectly acceptable. Their ultimate goal is to discredit the man and anyone within his administration or any individual who voted for him by what ever means they deem necessary. The unified opposition to the tax bill was just the beginning.

But let's imagine the dems had come up with the plan.....you don't think it wouldn't have been an overwhelming success, the best thing since sliced bread, another narrative on how they helped the working man. I can see them marching against opposition now if it was their idea.

One can only wonder why since in reality it will benefit the majority, why they opposed it. But did you notice all their media support, lies, demonstrations, screaming in an effort to silence the support for the bill. The majority of folks opposing this legislation didn't work for our government but their voices and actions were all intended to SUPPRESS our right to free speech and suppress our support for the bill.

So there you have it Nemont and if you want to display more of your ignorance about suppression of speech and it's consequences in many other forms. We're all ears, I'm sure we'll all get a bang out of it......LOL

And if borrowing a trillion and a half more to steal from the working man's grand children, well that's a win in fake conservative nirvana.

Nemont

Boskee

You sound like a victim. Answer how suppression works in the days of the internet? Well except now Republicans are against allowing freedom of ideas with the end of net neutrality. A purely Republican idea to steer you away from getting info and toward their agenda.

So now we covered a ton of ground. You willing to put your mm.com membership on the line with Flynn or not?

LAST EDITED ON Dec-23-17 AT 01:37PM (MST)[p]Well since we've managed to bail the nation out of debt a few times before it takes a plan. Leaving things as they were usually doesn't solve any of the issues we have does it. If the plan was so good we wouldn't have any issues in the first place.

So since you didn't vote for either candidate with a chance by your own admission..... You opted for letting whoever won, decide your grand kids fate.....and now you want to #####

I guess you'd better get to work and earn more money.....or will your estate to Chuck and Nancy and they'll redistribute it for them....LOL

Not voting for turds should be the norm but since you are so sure Trump is right about putting the tax bill on the backs of your grand kids the least you could do is put your name on the line in support of adding to the debt. There isn't a viable plan to deal with the debt and nobody believes we can grow our way out of it.

There won't be any chance of cutting spending. The deal being talked about is to fund more war and more welfare at the same rate. That will make both sides happy and it is what you voted for. It must make you super proud to support spending and borrowing and pretend to be conservative.

Nemont

What we are super proud about is the fact we kept the biggest lying crook out of the White House, something you can not boast about as you turned your back and cast a ballot for a person that had no chance of winning.

I don't doubt for a minute that you are proud. Now when the Republicans vote with enough deems in January to increase both military and domestic discretionary spending and put that on the credit card will you be giddy about that too?

Nemont

I do not mind paying taxes to support a strong military and our self defense. It is what keeps us being free and not slaves like some countries have. If you have a problem with supporting a strong military, then please do not refer to yourself as being a patriot.

You gave Hillary a half vote when you voted for a third candidate. If she would have won, we would not have to wait for our grandkids to pay the bill. Instead it would have come much sooner with our adult kids with Hillary at the helm and the likes of Pelosi and Schumer calling the shots for dumping money into their pet programs and more benefits for themselves.

Get off your soapbox you moron. So you think Mueller knew everything about what communications were sent. I'll give you a little tip Mueller didn't find the information somebody else did and advised him of the issue. So how's that make him corrupt? He might be but time will tell in that regard. Did he do the right thing and remove them....Hmm

I see the "you betcha boys" are still trying to find an easy mark with no takers........Why Not? LOL

Only a few more weeks to wait............ Let's see we've already had one announced high level retirement.... isn't that how they avoid prosecution in Washington? Especially during the Obama administration........looks like a few more coming let's see how it goes......LOL

DUMDUM hint hint open your eyes

Being a little hypocritical again Nemont.. It's OK for your kids not to have to pay into social security yet it's wrong for a taxpayer to keep some of their money? HMMMMMM

Can you stay on one topic?

Be specific on what the amount of social security tax my kids avoid? or are you always just a liar? My kids, your grand children and every future American get the bill for this tax cuts. I love my children and want their future to not include debt prison. Maybe you don't like yours as much, I don't know.

Keeping tax money now and adding that amount to the the bill the future generations have to pay isn't conservative, it is a liberal idea from the get go. The fakers on here cheer like they just figured out cold fusion. How hard is to cut taxes, borrow the balance and keep spending like drunken sailors?

So it is hypocritical to claim the conservative mantle and then cheer on a tax cut that isn't offset by spending reductions, it isn't paid for by any analysis and and the money is owed by your grand children.

I guess if that is what you want, have at it. Just don't pretend it is a conservative budgetary policy. It isn't.

I know facts frighten Trumpteers like teenagers when cops show up to a kegger but you should take a look at some the work Steve Ballmer is doing in putting actual numbers to our government.

https://usafacts.org/reports/2018-budget

Ballmer is a real life billionaire who cares about the future of the country. His numbers show you all are full of it.

Nemont

You're on record here many times saying your kids shouldn't have to participate in social security because they shouldn't have to support the boomers......LOL You can't even keep up with your own lies now can you.

I don't think any of us need you trying to explain what happened on the tax bill because everyone knows the working tax payers have been buying votes for the dems for decades. Obama's grand plan just dug a deeper hole didn't it.

What they GOP did though is sheer genius, in that they actually managed to buy votes by giving taxpayers their own money back instead of to the other guy, for a change. Ironic isn't it.

I'm not frightened Nemont but you sure seem to be. Why

See I told you once you really weren't a big deal, and you can bet your ass if you're running that scared it must be a fact!

Staying on topic...... you asked.........didn't you?

I guess old Ronnie was right when he said " Government is the problem" and Obama & Hillary and the dems proved it in spades!

It's just a different way of trying to solve the issue and if you think there's only one way to solve this issue you're rolling in your own ignorance.

I know you can't operate the search function but give it a try and show me where I said they shouldn't pay social security at all. I said they shouldn't be sent to debt prison because boomers are to selfish to pay their own way. So put up or shut up.

I know how this ends because Stoney led the way on who Trumpteers make their word good. Why should your grand children be forced to pay the current wars, the current welfare state and the current crop of people on medicare and Social Security.

Be specific on what numbers you look at. Government is the problem and you are cheering on a government that will continue to spend you grand children's money to keep you in hard on pills and you think that is just fine. Show me the spending cuts because in case you don't understand what is coming I will spell it out for you.

In order to get 60 votes on the ominbus spending bill Trump, McConnell, Ryan with Chuck and Nancy are going to increase both military spending and domestic discretionary by the same amount.

There is only one way to solve the debt problem. DECREASE SPENDING, INCREASE REVENUES, REDUCE THE GROWTH OF CURRENT ENTITLEMENTS and STOP NEW ENTITLEMENTS. It is guaranteed that Trumps tax cuts will increase the debt, we will run $500 billion deficits his entire presidency.

I fear little: the pain of getting dead does scare me a bit but death doesn't, chuckle heads on here pretending to be conservatives doesn't scare me, I find it funny.

If it were true that the GOP simply gave taxpayers back their own money then how come the same GOP has to borrow another $1.5 Trillion to pay for it? What the GOP did was borrow it from future generations and it give away to people unwilling to pay their own way. That is a very liberal thing to do. Why is that genius?

http://www.daily-journal.com/opinio...cle_abbf98a5-ada3-5d23-bc0c-d1c43767d227.html

Quote:
Whether all this shuffling of money has the political effect Republicans desire remains to be seen. But what's unusual about the Republicans' plan is the heavy reliance on borrowed money. Scott Greenberg of the nonpartisan Tax Foundation estimates 27 percent of the Republicans' tax cuts are financed by more debt. (The rest is financed by ending other tax breaks.)

Strictly speaking, this is not new. The government has run deficits for decades. It spends more than it taxes. But until now, no major Republican or Democrat has ? as far as I can remember ? suggested borrowing amounts that are tied explicitly to tax cuts.

Let's see my posts saying my kids shouldn't pay social security. I have said I would advise them to seek employment in places that their labor is valued. I am on the record, you claim, show me and I will end my mm.com account. If you can't put it up then you should delete your mm.com account.

What you don't get is that the tax cut is a sugar high for the economy. Yes it will expand, but it is expanding on more borrowed money. It will not pay for itself and while some will do fine the long term additional debt to finance these tax cuts is going to make a bad situation worse.

It isn't all doom and gloom. If it was just about my pocket book and my bank account I would be doing back flips. 2018 will most likely exceed my 2017 income just because of growth in how many lives I have covered. I love my children and want to pass on a better country. The only way for that to happen is for fiscal responsibility and conservative budgetary discipline to begin to take hold. That just got pi@@ed away and you all are cheering like you are virgins and you just got the easy girl in high school in the back seat.
