Trouble loading pictures

I am trying to load a picture but keep getting an error message. I have resized it but not sure what needs to be done next. Could anyone offer a little assistance? i could also email it directly to someone then post the hunt details.

yes unit 52 new mexico. we had a blast. would see 40-50 antelope a day. shot mine on monday after sitting a crawl in a fence for 2 1/2 days waiting for a shot. still trying to get someone to post a picture.
