George is also a giant mule deer fanatic, he hunts here in Utah every year on some CWMU's.

Years ago I saw where George Strait went on an Elk hunt on the White Apache Indian Reservation in AZ and in camp with him was none other than "old time Cowboy actor SLIM PICKENS". Bet there was some stories around that campfire there.
