anyone have experience returning sights to trophy ridge? have a broken pin which i have been led to understand cannot be replaced. i've also been told it can be returned and repaired free of charge. is this true? if anyone has first hand experience with this company and it's policies please give me some info. thanks in advance!

I have not heard anything as for as Trophy Ridge is concerned. I have a pair of Leupold binos that I've had for quite a few years. When they were about 6 or 7 years old they started to get all foggy and I called Leupold and they said send em to us and we"ll fix them. I sent them and had them back within a week and a half- no charge...after 6 or 7 years. I probably wont buy another pair of binos from a company that doesnt offer that. It's fantastic that cpmpanies stand behind their products like Leupold does. I hope you are able to send your site in and have them repair it for free. I'll watch this post for more on it. Good Luck

I don't know anything about returning anything to them but I know that you can get replacement pins for them. I am color blind and couldn't see my middle (red) pin. I took it to a bow shop and they said if I would buy a set of pins they would change it for me, and they did. Cost me $17 and I got two extra pins.

i sent my micro matrix back to them and it was great turn around,,,like 1 week....the charged me 9.95 i believe and they repaired a broken pin 2 broken fiber optics. and replaced the yellow pins so i alternate with only red and green ,,,, i did this because i didnt like the yellow... they are in montana so i second day aired it out to them and i had it back a week later,,,,cbryant

Just replaced all five of my pins. Easy to do. I paid $35 for all five. I wish I could get them for $17.

Dudley where you at?

They replaced mine from the plastic to metal, then I replaced that sight to the Spott Hogg 7dp and have not regretted it one bit, much better sight all the way around.

SneakAttack,

I am in Vernal, but I got the pins at jakes in Orem. I only needed one pin so I bought the three pin set so that's probably why the price diferance.

The 7 deadly pins is a good sight from what people say. But for $150 it oughta be huh?
