Have a graphite tripod that sticks when adjusting, just wondering what kind of lubrication you can use on this product

graphite, get it at most any hardware/hobby store. be sure to clean the legs before you apply it.

stay away from spray lube like wd-40, it works at first but collects alot of dust during use.

dri lubes are avil everywhere ...sprays wet and dris in seconds..teflon sprays is what I use but a marine grade..its best...
