Tripod info

I have a vortex skyline and am looking for a tripod to put it on. I am curious if anyone has any experience with the vortex pro GT tripod? Better yet does anyone use the same set-up? Just curious how it does in the wind, etc. I'm wanting to spend less than $200 for a tripod, and this deffinately falls below that. Is this a good buy or is there something better suited for me out there?
