Trimming My Biscuit

I've had some friends tell me that I should trim some of the hairs/fibers from parts of my whisker biscuit. They said it does not affect the rest, but allows the fletchings to go through the rest easier and more smoothly, especially if I trim in the areas the fletchings pass through. I'm wondering if any of you have tried this and if you noticed any differences, positive or negative.

And for all of you dirty-minded rascals that were thinking of something else when I wrote about trimming a biscuit, no need for further comments.

I've read the other posts and am aware ofthe blazer deal; just curious on this, too.

I have not tried it.......I shoot through a WB and haven't done any trimming.
Oh man.........I'm having a tough time not saying anything as I am one of those dirty-minded rascals........!!! :)

I have not done it but my buddy that I hunt with heard the same thing and he tried it. It didn't seem to help any. The only thing it did was made his WB look like crap.
