trespass ranches

are there any ranches in wyoming gen elk areas that allow hunting for a trespass fee. if so how do you find them. i looked all over the internet and no luck. i need a place for my dad to hunt and we are too far away to scout or waste the hunt by not knowing where to go. thanks preston gray

Your question is very wide open so "which unit" do hope to hunt in and that makes it a bit easier to which Lope area and an answer to your question!!

I think he is talking about general elk, not lopes.
There's no info in my pea-brain to help with that info.
My bet is someone could help but if the fee is reasonable and the hunting is good, it will probably be kept a secret.

I thought if he knew which unit he wanted to hunt Elk, I might have some info for the Antelope units close by or in the said unit for elk.

You might try calling some of the local Chamber of Commerce offices. They may be able to help.

Most landowners who don't outfit or lease will be "opportunists" when it comes to trespass hunts and don't advertise. Unfortunately a vast majority of landowners with significant elk habitat know the large price elk are fetching these days.

i was considering either unit 37 where we could do a combo hunt with deer as the seasons are the same date or forgetting deer if we don't draw a tag a going in the south central part of the state around medicine bow nat, forest. are there any ranches in either of these areas that would do a trespass fee hunt or just a trespass fee to access some landlocked public land where i might get my dad a bull
