With all the talk about transplanting deer as of late I have a simple question that has been on my mind...
Where was SFW when they were eliminating (killing) deer inside Bountiful city limits with two of the main guys within SFW living in Bountiful? Surprises me that they wouldn't push for a transplant but yet they support and fund one NOW. Why has SFW's position changed from a couple years ago?
If transplanting the deer from Bountiful would have lead to a small portion of them possibly dying wouldn't it have been a better means then killing them outright? I say Yes it would have been worth the effort!
We are all worried and talking seriously about the deer herd suffering, and the state is pushing hard to figure out what is going on so why would this have even been an option to remove them period? I think there needs to be some answers, but I wont hold my breath!
