A "digital dollar" only means anything if people choose to use it. Going back to a barter system would make it irrelevant.

Unfortunately, too many people worship the government more than they should...

So now another blow to Americans- since the Govt can't legally track smaller purchases such as guns and ammo they are having the lending companies do it for them. Every time the Govt uses another spy tool many people say "well I have nothing to hide". Ok, eventually you will regret that.
