Pretty cold in Northern Utah.. wish I had a 3rd season CO tag.......
Warm it up with some Elk Tenderloin . Opened the kitchen door up and brought the party inside.

Splash of Olive Garden Italian dressing, soy and Worechester.. Hi-mountain venison rub...

Holy Moly... High heat.. sprig.. of rosemary. So good!! Add some more ideas.. I applied yours..
