Anything is better than just saying "Left-overs"! Chop up the pasta and sauce, add extra marinara and Parm and Mozzarella. Stuff those babies full, and roast for a half hour. I swear, I don't remember the wife telling me not to play with my food. Now I just need to figure out how to carve some of those emoji's, without cutting off a finger!! :)

It's sort of humorous in our house that I like chile & jalapeno peppers but not bell peppers, regardless of the color. So, though I'll eat them when forced, we rarely use them in our menu entrees.
