This makes me furious , an innocent life taken , when he shouldnt have even been here .
8 folks Arrested and even the killer only has $100 Thousand as Bail in a giant Network of Families from Mexico who own Real Estate and can make their Bail. 1+ may be an Illegal 2 Boot.
