I hope they charge him with attempted Homicide if they can get some good statements from the suspect and interview co-workers/friends to see if the suspect had said he hates LE or any such beliefs. Even if they are unable to charge higher levels, I hope the charges stick and no plea deals are done.

Subway location is probably dusted no matter what the owners say.

When I was young, an employee was busted at the local Taco Bell for putting feces in refried beans they were serving. The person was sent to prison. They threw the book at him. Nobody ever went there ever again. Place closed up. The building is still there. Three or four other restaurants have tried making a go of it there. They all fail. No one will ever buy food there again. Last time I drove by the building I think a cell phone store was operating out of it.
