This may be the cost of training new staff.

Many learned they were NOT going to receive Promotions and left the Army.

I've been at the Ft. Benning Drop Zone (but the accident was in Germany) many times and watching C-17's come out of nowhere, like an aerobatic hot hod and crap-out 100's of soldiers. Some groups get tangled and it's heart stopping.

The Cargo Masters and many in the group/teams of a training drill equipment deployment, must be seasoned veterans to spot "Who Did This" rigging(s).

The guy taking the video must be a Humvee Salesman. As the equipment breaks loose he's heard yelling: Yes, Yes, Yes...!!!

I hope they have Farmers Insurance. Or maybe All State. Geico?

I guess that's better than taking them to Iraq and letting ISIL get them.
