The WET Ram

LAST EDITED ON Oct-25-12 AT 10:39AM (MST)[p]Each year I try to get out and take some photos of big horn sheep. Last year while I was taking photos of a couple small rams and a few ewes, we were joined by a Ram that must have seen us, swan the Green River and joined us.

These are a few of the many photos I got of that ram. Notice in many of them how wet he looks. As time goes by he does dry out a bit.

What is your camera and lens for the long distance pics? I have an older Canon Rebel with two lenses (18-55mm IS and 75-300mm IS Lenses) but am not able to zoom in to get details on animals.
