I can't show you any before and after photos, but I have about 50 Redwood trees on my property. It takes about 3 years for one to get 3 foot tall. After that they grow 6-8 feet per year. I used to keep all the ones close to the house topped but they're getting away from me. They are relentless.

Some day a big wind will come through here and "smash".... no more Eel!

6-8 feet a year, I can only wish. My Family has always planted lots of trees. I can go back to the three houses I grew up in and see forests I helped plant. It is very satisfying.
 
Wow! Way nice bean! So when is the BBQ and where do I park trailer? Eel don't worry about the tree blowing over on you! I think god has got something better for you! I hear has to do With a beaver and gopher and a very small dog! I am not going to ask anymore!
