On the fateful voyage across the Atlantic aboard the Titanic, a magician was in the Grand Room performing a series of magic tricks to a crowd of onlookers. During the show, a parrot from another act was still in the room and heckled the magician at every opportunity giving away his best illusions by telling the crowd about the cards up his sleeve, hidden compartments, and other smoke and mirrors trickery. Later that evening as luck would have it, the.magician, unable to gain entry into a lifeboat was tossed to sea. Swimming for a floating piece of wood the magician reached it and gave a sigh of mental releif as he grabbed on to the floating wood. He would later discover the same parrot who was in the Grand Room was now perched upon his lifeline. Hours of awkward silence passed as the two would not look each.other in the eyes and barely spoke a word due to the previous contentious encounter. Finally after the fourth hour of floating on the icy waters the parrot, shivering in the cold, broke the silence when he asked, "OK I give up. What the %$#& did you do with the boat?"
