The "Bundy Slide"

Over the past few months i've caught myself doing the Bundy Slide a few times. is this a sign of old age or something else? Anyone else guilty of doing it?

YES to both questions!!!!

My wife caught me doing it (and pointed it out!) the other day while watching TV.... Maybe that's one of the reasons she doesn't like me much anymore! (moment of self reflection!)
