Tremendous boxer with a devastating right hand. Sadly dead at the age of 60 from a heart attack.

I seen him years ago. He would only fight in the Olympics didn't go pro being from Cuba had somthing to do with it. Sometimes he would only throw one punch in a fight and make it count.

Brutus, you are right on. He had the "forgot" punch. One punch and you forgot!!! Too, bad he couldn't have gone pro. pc

Wow!! I remember him. A boxing machine. He could have given anyone a run for the money. Castro wasn't going to let him become an American legend... no way. I know 'cause I'm older than him by 9 days...3/20/52 lol.
